Aamir Subhan MSW, BSW, HBSc, RSW (he | him)
Aamir is a Registered Social Worker with a diverse set of experiences working in both community and hospital settings. He has extensive experience working with 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, supporting people living HIV and people who use substances. His psychotherapy practice is trauma-informed and draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. Aamir is trained in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and is engaged in advocacy work around its equitable access. He is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto.
