We want to make sure that you have the resources and information to support your mental health. Below you will find some resources that may be of help to you.

 

Supports at HQ

If you are interested in joining a group at HQ to discuss managing symptoms of depression, please ask to speak with a clinician. If you are not at the clinic, when you are there next, please answer “yes” to our screening question about receiving mental health support.

BounceBack is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.

Australia’s Centre for Clinical Interventions developed resources to be provide interventions for people experiencing depression. The resources provide information on depression as well as techniques that focus on a cognitive behavioural approach to managing difficulties.
