As a courtesy to our office and to the other patients waiting for care, appointment cancellations of booked appointments require at least one business day’s notice, except in exceptional circumstances. Please note that if you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full cost of the appointment. The following chart represents the rates as of May 2025, and change to remain consistent with the negotiated Ontario Health Insurance Program rate changes.

If you are 10 minutes late or more for your appointment the physician will not be able to see you and missed appointment fees will also apply.

Prescription renewals
Prescription renewals must be faxed by your pharmacy at least 7 days before you require a renewal. It is your responsibility to monitor your supply of medication to ensure there is no disruption.
