Supports at HQ
If you are interested in joining a group at HQ to discuss managing body-based symptoms, please ask to speak with a clinician. If you are not at the clinic, when you are there next, please answer “yes” to our screening question about receiving mental health support.
Somatic Self-Care
This is a movement series to promote mind-body connection and well-being. All you need is a little bit of time and space. 5-minute sessions allow you to reconnect with your body through movement that is performed consciously, with complete internal focus and attention.
