Senior Diversity and Equity Consultant with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, Leo has over ten years of experience working in clinical and community settings, including as a social worker and educator, specializing in Mental Health and Neurodevelopmental Disability. With a PhD in Education and Social Justice from Lancaster University, Leo is interested in the ways that intersectional identities within the 2SLGBTQ+ community create unique lived realities for racialized people. Leo infuses his academic background into his work as a consultant and brings a nuanced perspective on mental health and community wellbeing to HQ’s board of directors.
