Navjit is an accomplished data strategist and data practitioner with a passion for driving people-centred change. Navjit is an active volunteer with 2SLGBTQ+ community organizations, including the AIDS Committee of Toronto and the Tent Partnership for Refugees, where he mentors 2SLGBTQ+ refugees. Throughout his professional career, he has held key roles in data management, reporting and analytics, and brings his unique data-centric perspective to HQ’s board of directors.
